Delete your Juno account

You can permanently delete your Juno account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it — the in-app route is instant; the email route is for anyone who no longer has the app installed.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

1. Open Juno and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate: your profile, photos, matches, messages, conversation history with Juno, traits and preferences, and Sparks balance are permanently removed.

Option 2 — By email (no app needed)

Email us from the address on your account — or include the phone number you registered with so we can verify it's you:

Or write to matt@hello-juno.com with the subject "Delete my Juno account". We verify the request against the account's registered contact details and complete deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner). We'll confirm by reply once it's done.

What is deleted, and what we keep

• Deleted: your profile and photos, matches and chat messages, your conversations with the Juno assistant, declared and inferred traits and preferences, calibration choices, and your Sparks balance.
• Kept where the law requires or allows: purchase records needed for tax and accounting, records of safety reports or bans (to keep the community safe), and anonymised product analytics that no longer identify you. Details are in our Privacy Policy (section 9).
• Purchases were billed by Apple or Google; deleting your account does not delete your purchase history with those stores.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you return to Juno later you'll start completely fresh.
