Honesty, safety and your data

Juno is upfront about being an AI, and she explains how she works before you share anything. The substance of your conversations is encrypted on your device with a key only you hold; what Juno keeps is understanding, not transcripts, and your personal data is never sold. She does not run background checks, and an introduction is never a guarantee about a person, which is why the service has clear community and safety rules, in-app reporting, and a commitment to act on every report.
